DAY 1 : Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu >
Airport pick up by our guide to a hotel situated in the heart of Thamel, one of the busiest and popular markets in Kathmandu. Kindly inform us your time of arrival. Our guide will brief you on the trip information and bring you to the best eateries/ shopping at your request.
DAY 2 : Kathmandu to Chyamche >
Maximum height: 1430m
From the capital, we will take a long 9 hour drive to Chyamche via Besisahar (820m). Along the route, you can enjoy the glorious views of the snow capped mountain range and terraced rice field in the local areas.
DAY 3 : Chyamche-Dharapani >
Maximum height: 1860m | 5-6 hours of walking
You will follow the Marsyangdi river all the way and cross a flat valley, waterfalls and rocky trails towards Dharapani. Once we reach, you will see the stone chortens, an architecture of religious significance to the Tibetans. You will stay here for a night.
DAY 4 : Dharapani- Chame >
Maximum height: 2670m | 5-6 hours of walking
You will traverse the rough and rocky trails to Timang first and continues through lush forests near the river to Kopar. Approaching Chame, the capital village of the Manang district, you will be rewarded by majestic views of Annapurna range, Lamjung Himal, Pisang peaks and two burbling hot springs.
DAY 5 : Chame- Upper Pisang >
Maximum height: 33000m | 6-7 hours of walking
You will walk through lush pine forests and see the perfect annapurna view as you ascend. On the way you will see the famous rock "Door of Heaven" which is absolutely instaworthy.
DAY 6 : Upper Pisang - Manang Village>
Maximum height: 3540m | 6 hours of walking
You will be following the Marsyangdi river and you can choose between two routes – north or south of the Marsyandi which both meet at Mungji. You can take the either the Hongde, with a little less climbing, or Ghyaru, a slightly more challenging route which has more picturesque views. Either one will bring us to our guesthouse at Manang.
DAY 7 : Acclimatization Day at Manang Village >
Maximum height: 4000m | 2 – 3 hours of walking
You will have your much-needed rest and acclimatize in Manang. There is lots of exploring to do in this bustling village filled with local cafes, eateries, and a movie house. At this altitude, you can soak in the phenomenal face of the mountain that are literally right outside your window.
DAY 8 : Manang - Tlicho Base Camp >
Maximum height: 4060m | 6 - 7 hours of walking
From Manang, we will head pass through coniferous forest towards Kangsar Village and the farther Siri Kharka. The uphill walk could be tiring but we will have the Gungang Himal and Mount Chulu in the backdrop to keep us company. The path from Siri Kharka to Tilicho Base Camp can be exhausting and treacherous as paths are narrow and situated in a landslide-prone area.
DAY 9 : Tilicho Base Camp - Tilicho Lake - Tilicho Base Camp >
Maximum height: 4930m | 6 hours walking
After a tough ascent, you will see Tilicho Lake, a sapphire lake nestled at the foot of the north face of the Tilicho Peak. The Lake is significant for the Hindus as this sacred lake is featured in one of the holiest texts of the Hindus, The Ramayana. After spending some time at the lake, we will return back to Siri Kharka.
DAY 10 : Tilicho Base Camp - Yak Kharka >
Maximum height: 4020m | 6-7 hours of walking
You will descend to Khangsar Village and pass a bridge in the Thorang Khola valley. After crossing the river, you will ascend for a while to a plateau until we reach Yak Kharka.
DAY 11 : Yak Kharka – Phedi >
Maximum height: 4450m | 3-4 hours walking
Today, the trail descends to cross the river at 4310 meters, then ascends to Phedi at 4420 meters. At High Camp (elevation- 4600 meters), some good guesthouses have been built
DAY 12 : Phedi – Muktinath >
Maximum height: 3760m | 7 hours of walking
Phedi’s literal translation is “foot of the hill”. The journey from Phedi to the Thorong La Pass starts today. We will make a steep climb along a trail that is regularly used and easy to follow. However, problems may occur due to the altitude and snow which can often make the crossing impossible if the pass is covered by snow. It takes about four hours to climb up to the pass marked by chortens and prayer flags. As you reach the top, you will be rewarded by the magnificent view of the entire terrain from the top.
DAY 13 : Muktinath - Jonsom >
Maximum height: 2740m | 5-6 hours of walking
You will visit the Muktinath temple early in the morning. One of the most distinctive features of this temple is the 108 water taps constructed in the shape of a cow’s head and two small pounds. The Hindu people believe that if you take a bath under all 108 taps (108 is a sacred number in Tibetan Buddhism), you will free yourself from the sin which you committed in your past life. After breakfast, you will start trekking to Jomsom via the Jharkot village.
DAY 14 : Fly from Jonsom to Pokhara >

DAY 15 : Pokhara to Kathmandu >
Catch the early bus to Kathmandu and stay the night in Kathmandu. You deserve a celebratory dinner before you depart for home. Check with your guide for dining recommendation
DAY 16 : Departure >
Do some last minute shopping or take your own sweet time in Kathmandu before you depart for home. Our guide will drop you at the airport.
