Chapakot (Ghaderi) Bhumdikot

This short hike can be done in a day starting from Pame, passing through Chapakot, Ghaderi, Paliche, ending at Bhumdikot. This trail is inhabited by about 25 households of Brahmin and Dalit people while most of the mountain villages near Pokhara are inhabited by the Gurung People. This village is also known as an ‘Eco-village’ because the villagers have been working on a project of collecting waste plastic bottles in Fawa Lake and building structures out of the bottles.
